And they’re taking the “glass house” concept to a whole new level

Andre Kikoski—the award-winning architect who’s worked with big names such as Saks Fifth Avenue and the Guggenheim Museum—just announced that he is designing a home in Bridgehampton that will be built by the prominent East End developer, Jay Bialsky.

Jay Bialsky has developed homes in notable Hamptons locations such as Gin Lane in Southampton and Sagg Main in Sagaponack.

The two are working together on an oceanfront home in Bridgehampton that is listed with Bespoke Real Estate for $44,900,000. Bespoke only represents properties listed at $10 million or higher.

The interior space will be about 10,000-square-feet, while the exterior space is going to be an estimated 12,000-square-feet. That won’t be just the backyard, though. The exterior will feature multiple outdoor living areas, such as a covered kitchen, infinity pool, and outdoor shower.

Bialsky has been known for maximizing the views available to the homes that he’s developed, and this property will be no exception. It will feature walls made entirely of glass.

Seriously, walls of glass.

The seven bedroom, ten-and a-half bathroom home will feature automated structural sliding glass panels, which, according to a representative, will look as if they disappear into exterior walls. The structure is designed with an open floor plan, which makes sense considering the design practically invites the ocean right into every room of the house.

There’s also a triple-height atrium (also made of glass), a rooftop garden, and high-tech home theatre.

Unfortunately, there aren’t photos of the actual structure yet, only the renderings. But thankfully they allow for some serious insight as to how this property is going to look. The interior photos are definitely something to look forward to, once they’re available.

While there are many questions that can be posed for this incredible, jaw-dropping property, here’s one: Does it come with a life-time supply of Windex?
