Eli Manning could get a new neighbor on Dune Road for $18.75M

The beach house at 65 Dune Road in East Quogue is for sale at $18,750,000. It is the home next door to Eli Manning’s Hamptons summer home.

Of course, the use of “beach house” is always a bit modest for Dune Road homes—this estate in particular sits at 9,300-square-feet, on a 1.4-acre lot. It’s on the oceanfront side of Dune Road, but the bay is also visible from the home.

The home is a brand new construction and has only been on the market for a few days now, but it has received serious attention. According to a representative from Nest Seekers, interest has been expressed from buyers in Los Angeles, New York City, and even an unnamed prominent NFL player.

The home is designed in a modern fashion, with massive windows along the house, making the front of the structure look as through it’s made of glass.

Though privacy could be compromised, owning a Dune Road home for almost $19 million comes with its sacrifices. And without those windows, what would the views be, anyway?

The home was recently built, and according to the listing agent, it has won multiple awards in architecture for its design concepts. Ceilings throughout the home are 12-feet high and there’s a salt water infinity edge pool and spa that reaches high above the dunes, allowing for some serious views of the ocean.

The interior also includes eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a butler’s pantry, wine cellar, sundeck in the master suite that has a wall of glass (a theme of this home), and gas fireplace. The media room is also enclosed by glass.
