Robert Nederlander’s East Hampton home was put on the market for $13.5 million, reports Mansion Global.
Nederlander has held many high-profile New York job titles, including lawyer, president of his family’s theatre conglomerate, and interim boss of the Yankees in which he had control of the team’s operations. His family’s theatre conglomerate includes the Palace Theatre and the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
The East Hampton home, built in 1985, is 5,000-square-feet on a two acre lot. The home has seven bedroom, seven full baths, two half baths, double-height living space, hot tub, a gunite pool with a waterfall, cabana tiki bar, sauna, two-car garage, and sunken Har-Tru tennis courts.
The home was designed with privacy in mind, as many Hamptons homes tend to be, with many trees and landscaping surrounding the property.
The property has 323 feet of waterfront on Georgica Pond, the same vicinity in which Tina Fredericks’ home is currently available for rent.
UPDATE: This article was originally published stating that the home had been taken off the market. Curbed has received information from the listing’s real estate agent that it has not been taken off the market, as of Tuesday, March 21.
