Hamptons homes that saw price cuts this week

From the minor cuts to the serious reductions

Bespoke Real Estate

138 Seascape Lane

Price cut: $23,500,000 $19,995,000

This 4,700-square-foot, six bedroom, six-and a-half bath Sagaponack home was designed by the notable Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects. It’s a pondfront home, and close distance to Sagg Main Beach. There’s a pool house, two ourdoor showers, and two indoor fireplaces—among many features.

4 Fair Hills Lane

Price cut: $4,693,000 $4,458,000

This six bedroom, six-and a-half bath house in Bridgehampton features a heated pool, eat-in kitchen, exercise room, finished basement, and hot tub. Still new, the home was built in 2014 at 5,500-square-feet. There is also some very decorative wallpaper in the dining room.

31 Two Mile Hollow Road

Price cut: $17,950,000 $17,495,000

This six bedroom, eight-and a-half bath East Hampton home had a more mild price cut, at only 3%. It sits at 8,500-square-feet, with an ocean view, heated pool, tennis cort, finished basement, hot tub, and outdoor shower. There’s even an apple orchard. That’s new.

288 Noyac Path

Price cut: $2,495,000 $2,370,000

This five bedroom, four bathroom Water Mill house was listed in January, now seeing its first price cut. It features a heated pool, eat-in kitchen, outdoor shower, and pool house. And the high ceilings in the living room with windows on the entire wall? Thumbs up. The kitchen set up is a bit more closed off than the other homes, however.
