In Southampton’s Olde Towne community, this shingle-style mansion, known as “Tower House,” recently found a buyer, who closed on the listing for $29.9 million. The mansion measures 17,400 square feet with approximately four acres of land and automated security gates that open to a motor court and manicured landscape.

Expect an immaculate interior with luxurious amenities like an elevator, theater, and entertainment lounge with a bar. There is also a “wine room,” gym with a sauna, and a three-car garage. To help warm up the interior, there are a total of six fireplaces.

According to the 10-bedroom, 15-bathroom listing, the residence is outfitted with a Crestron smart house system that automates lighting, security, entertainment, heating, and cooling features.

Final need-to-know highlights include that the home boasts a gunite pool, spa, tennis court, and attached cottage.

Michaela Keszler and Erica Grossman of Douglas Elliman, Tim Davis and Gary DePersia of Corcoran, and Harald Grant of Sotheby's represented the listing.
