If this $8.5M sells, it will be Sag Harbor Hills’ most expensive home ever

In Sag Harbor Hills, once a totally African-American enclave, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home has landed on the market with a history of having hosted famous guests like Oprah, Al Roker, Aretha Franklin, Danny Glover, and Eartha Kitt. The home was listed by famed restauranteur B. Smith, who also filmed an episode of “B. Smith with Style” on the site.

It’s asking $8.5 million, a price that will help it break Sag Harbor Hills’ record for the most expensive home ever sold.

With 4,000 square feet of space, the listing features a private loft with a widow’s walk along with a garden, dog run, and pavilion that has been converted into a gym. In the 0.78-acre residence, there is also room for a pool. A two-car garage is included.
