Amagansett’s Tolan Residence is now up for grabs. Constructed in c. 1970, this listing was designed by one of the “New York Five” architects, Charles Gwathmey, and is located next door to his parent’s home, the first residence ever designed by Gwathmey.

Gwathmey’s works include renovating the Guggenheim Museum and designing private homes for Stephen Spielberg and David Geffen.

The Tolan Residence measures 3,000 square feet with an outdoor pool and private tennis court. From the rooftop deck, homebuyers will be able to see the ocean. There are a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms inside.

Last-minute highlights include that there are built-ins and a double-height living room with a fireplace. The asking price totals $5,995,000.
