Built in 1910, the home was listed in 2016 for $3.2 million, but after a couple price cuts, the home was most recently asking $2,495,000 under Town & Country Real Estate agent Kathleen Conway. The price Frankel paid for the estate has not yet been revealed.

This is the second home that Frankel now owns on the East End, after having purchased a different Bridgehampton home on Lumber Lane just a few years ago. The reality star recently posted a photo on Instagram of the iconic red door at the Lumber Lane home.

The home could have bed and breakfast permits again, granted by Southampton Town, Conway told Newsday when the home first listed. The 4,239-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms on 0.6 acres of land.

Features include a wraparound porch, hardwood floors, a hand-carved staircase, gunite pool, and bluestone patios outside. It’s been renovated and modernized.
