What/Where: A cute contemporary style home located outside East Hampton village, north of the highway.
Size: 1,916 square feet, 0.69 acres

Built in 1980, this East Hampton contemporary located a short driving distance from the village just listed for sale. The home—which is less than 2,000 square feet in size—has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and has the potential to be a mother-daughter home, according to the listing.

While the home could use a few updates here and there, it looks like it’s in good shape. We’re loving the countertop pass-through window between the kitchen and living room, the muted mint wall colors, and the sunny foyer with skylights.

The current owner has filled the place with plants, which we absolutely adore and works well for staging the home.

Here’s a hint: The home last sold in 2001 for $355,000. It came back on the market for a higher asking price in 2008, but the listing was removed in 2009. This time around, it’s asking a bit higher.
