What/Where: A privately situated turnkey home in East Hampton’s Northwest Harbor neighborhood.
Size: 3,000 square feet, 0.75 acres

This week’s PriceSpotter is a 3,000-square-foot turnkey home in East Hampton’s Northwest Harbor neighborhood. Built in 2001, there are four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, custom French doors, beamed ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen with dining space, and a wet bar in the dining room. There two master suites: one on the first floor, which is currently being used as a formal dining room, and an ensuite primary master bedroom on the second floor.

Other features include an unfinished lower level, attached two-car garage, heated pool, outdoor shower, and an outdoor patio.

Located on the northern tip of Northwest Harbor, the home is close to Cedar Point County Park and less than two miles from bay beaches.

It’s been available to rent in the recent past, and last sold back in 1999 for $999,000. Since that was almost 20 years ago, we’re going to start the guessing at $2 million.
