Nearly six years ago, Curbed featured the triangle oceanfront home in the Beach Plum Court ocean beach residential community, which, at the time, was listed for $6.3 million. But back in 2009, when it was listed for $9 million, it was one of the most expensive listings for sale in Amagansett. Now, after coming on and off the market several times since 2009, it’s relisted for $6.75 million under Saunders Real Estate agent, Chris Coleman.

Located in the Amagansett Dunes, the home stands 5,000 square feet with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a half bathroom on an acre of land. Built in 2004, the modern home features angled walls and ceilings, a fireplace in a stone wall, and accordion glass walls that lead out to an oceanfront terrace.

The kitchen features built-in seating with a cushioned restaurant-style booth and table, U-shaped countertops, and views out to the water. Outside, there are ocean views, a heated pool, an outdoor shower, and garage.

What do you think of the home?
