Earlier this year, the home at 40 Further Lane in East Hampton was featured on Curbed for having cut more than $7 million off its asking price in the matter of just one month. Back in October, the home received its first change in price since it came on the market back in 2015 for a whopping $26.5 million.

Earlier this week, the home took nearly a half-million off the asking price again, putting it below $19 million—more specifically, the home is now asking $18,995,000 under Brown Harris Stevens real estate agent, Martha Gundersen.

Standing 6,500 square feet in size, the renovated home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two wood-burning fireplaces, an eat-in kitchen, and a fully-finished lower level with a theater.

Outside, there are manicured grounds, an outdoor lounge space, a heated gunite pool, and a pool house. Situated on almost two and a half acres, there’s also room for a tennis court.
