Earlier this week, we asked readers to take a poll and tell us what they thought this Sagaponack manse was listed for. Most readers that took our poll guessed that it was asking between $8 million and $10 million—split about even between the two categories, with 16 votes for the range between $8 million and $9 million, and 17 votes for the range between $9 million and $10 million.

A few readers even thought that it was going for less, with a few votes under $8 million, and some who guessed that it was lower than $7 million—but those categories has the fewest participants. In the over $10 million category, 14 people voted correctly, as it’s currently listed for $11.2 million under Saunders Real Estate agents Terry Cohen and Jane Gill.

The 7,300-square-foot home has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a customized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a private terrace off the second-level master suite, an elevator, and a fully finished lower level with a theater room and two bedrooms.

Outside, there’s a saltwater infinity edge pool, a pool house constructed from reclaimed barn wood, an outdoor kitchen, a two-car garage, and an outdoor shower.

Situated on an acre of land at 53 Fairfield Pond Road, the south-of-the-highway property borders a nature reserve, giving the future homeowners some serious privacy.
