A construction-ready acre of oceanfront land in Sagaponack lists for almost $18M

It’s also being offered with a yet-to-be-built manse for almost $30M

Back in 2015, the property at 25 Potato Road in Sagaponack sold as a lot with a teardown for $12 million. Since then, an oceanfront contemporary manse with 5,200 square feet of interior living space, six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and some seriously high-end amenities has been planned.

Curbed featured the yet-to-be built home back in October as a PriceSpotter—and on that poll, most of our readers guessed it was listed between $20 million and $25 million, but it’s actually listed for $29,995,000.

We’re thinking that most people guessed low because we don’t give away the address before revealing the price, so the land value likely wasn’t taken into consideration. Oceanfront land in Sagaponack is some of the most sought-after real estate on the Hamptons market.

But if you don’t want to go through with the plans that are in place for the contemporary estate, you can still get a full acre of construction-ready oceanfront land in Sagaponack, as the parcel just listed separately for $17,995,000. The property comes with building permits, approval for construction, and 126 feet of direct ocean frontage.
