The 12,000-square-foot Westhampton manse that sits on almost five acres of waterfront land on Moriches Bay just relisted under Brown Harris Stevens real estate agent, Daniel Sullivan.

The estate sold back in 1999 for $2 million and was listed for sale back in 2013 for $17.5 million. The asking price then came down to $15.75 million in 2014. After a few months up for sale, the price was cut down to $13.9 million, but the listing was removed a few months later and in 2015 it was listed for sale again for $11.9 million.

In April of 2016, it was asking $10.5 million, and just this week the home returned to the market with the lowest asking price it’s had since it was listed in 2015: $9.5 million.

Located at 285 Oneck Lane, there are 10 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms between the main house and two guest houses. Seven of those bedrooms are located in the main house, as well as five fireplaces, a grand foyer, and imported marble. Outside, there’s a 350-foot driveway, 348 feet of bulkheaded waterfront, a heated gunite pool a hot tub, and pool cabana.

Since 2013, $8 million has come off the asking price—which is just a little bit less than it’s currently listed for. What do you think of the price?
