What/Where: A six-bedroom manse adjacent to a nature reserve in Sagaponack.
Size: 7,300 square feet, 0.93 acres

This week on PriceSpotter, we’re asking readers to guess the asking price on this six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home in Sagaponack. The home is 7,300 square feet in size, situated on almost a full acre adjacent to a nature reserve.

Built in 2015, the home has stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a private terrace off the second-story master suite, integrated speakers throughout the interior, and yellow Alaskan cedar used for the siding and the roof. There’s also a finished lower level, two guest suites, and a home theater room.

Located south of the highway, the property is about a mile from the ocean at Peter’s Pond, and about two miles from Wölffer Estate Vineyards.

The land itself was last sold for $3.5 million, but has since been constructed on. For that reason, we’ll start the guessing at $7 million.
