That was quick

Back in early October, Curbed featured the home at 61 Redwood Road in Sag Harbor, which was available for sale under Sotheby’s International Realty agents Bayard Fenwick and Rylan Jacka. After just three weeks on the market, the home went into contract under the same listing price of $1.7 million, and currently has a pending offer.

The 1,800-square foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master suite located in its own wing, away from the guest suites. Built in 2012, the turnkey home features an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace in the den, French doors that lead outside, bluestone patios, decking, a rear garden, and room for a pool.

We loved the beamed cathedral ceilings in the living space, the sliding barn door leading to the guest wing, and the coziness of the home.

The home was listed for sale back in 2013 for $1.35 million, and after having been on the market for just eight months, it sold for $1.2 million.
