What/Where: A compound in Water Mill with a main house and a detached carriage house apartment.
Size: 3,300 square feet, 0.53 acres

This week’s PriceSpotter is a compound in Water Mill on a half-acre of land. Built in 1993, the main house has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom in 3,300 square feet of space. The detached carriage house apartment on the property has a full kitchen and a bathroom.

Both homes share a 20-foot by 40-foot pool. The main house features hardwood floors throughout, a fireplace in the living room, U-shaped kitchen, and views that look out to the adjacent reserved farm fields. Over 100 acres of reserved land surrounds the property, allowing for privacy and expansive views.

Hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and an open living space can be found in the detached carriage house studio apartment. There is also a second-floor balcony that looks out to the property and surrounding fields.

The property sits north of the highway.
