What/Where: An oceanfront beach house with views of Mecox Bay and the ocean in Water Mill.
Size: 3,200 square feet, 0.93 acres.

This week’s PriceSpotter is an oceanfront beach house in Water Mill, built in 2007. The 3,200-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and includes wood beams and walls throughout the space, as well as walls of windows that look out to the ocean. From the home, one can see not just the ocean, but also views of Mecox Bay.

On the property, there’s bulkheading, a six-person waterside spa, and access to a private beach.

Inside, there’s an open floor plan in the living and dining spaces. The kitchen seems rather small, though there is a center island with a built-in sink for some extra counter space.

The master bathroom features a dual vanity, massive soaking tub with ocean views, and French doors leading to what looks like a private deck.

Here’s a hint: The property was last sold in 2007 for $7.5 million.
