For those who may have had their eye on the famous former Lobster Inn since it came on the market in February of this year, you’re in luck. The iconic commercial space just cut its asking price for the second time. Originally asking $11.5 million, the first price change came back in June which brought it down to $9,995,000. This second price cut leaves the listing at $9.2 million.

On the 10-acre property, there are two acres of waterfront and 48 boat shops.

According to the Douglas Elliman listing, the 10-acre property can accommodate 25 luxury waterfront townhouses or 13 luxury home properties. The development variance in place for the potential 25 townhouses includes a waterside pool, clubhouse, and private boat slips for the future owners.

Located right off Route 27 on 1 Inlet Road in Southampton, the property is represented by Douglas Elliman listing agent David Donohue.
