Originally built in 1920, the home at 95 Meetinghouse Lane in Amagansett just came on the market under Sotheby’s International Realty agent Patricia Wadzinski for $3.85 million. The home last sold in 1994 for $360,000 and has since been renovated and updated.

In 3,496 square feet, there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace in the great room, a country chef’s kitchen, and master suite on the second floor.

Outside, there’s a covered front porch, screened-in back porch, brick patio with dining and entertaining space, and a gunite pool. Near the pool is an outdoor shower and changing room. There’s also a detached garage.

Located south of the highway, the address is close to Main Street shops and Amagansett National Wildlife Refuge, and is just a mile from the ocean at Indian Wells Beach, or a 20-minute walk.
