This week’s PriceSpotter is a 5,500-square-foot home in the North Haven section of Sag Harbor with five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The postmodern construction was built in 1989, designed to take advantage of the water views from every room in the house.

Interior features include an eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, finished lower level, and a fireplace in the living room. Outside, there’s a waterside pool, stone patio, and attached two-car garage. The home sits on almost two full acres of land.

Take our poll to guess how much the home is listed for. Here’s a hint: It last sold in 2004 for $3.4 million.
