Earlier this week on PriceSpotter, we asked readers how much they thought that a 4,425-square-foot manse on just under an acre of land in Southampton village priced at.

The home has an asking price of $11,995,000 under listing agent Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty. Most of our readers guessed correctly on our poll, with 49 votes, or 47 percent, of votes for the home being between $10 million and $13 million.

Many of our readers—40 percent, or 42 votes—thought the home was asking under $10 million. The home did last sell for $6.5 million in 2014, but that was prior to the extensive renovations done on the home, built in 1900.

Some people high-balled it, thinking it was over $13 million, and even one person thought it was over $16 million.

Located at 124 Herrick Road in Southampton, the stucco-sided home has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, high hedges for privacy, an outdoor kitchen, bluestone patios, a pool house, a heated pool, and a Har-Tru tennis court. There’s also a glass staircase, wood floors, and a finished lower level.
