In September of 2016, the home at 290 Further Lane in East Hampton came on the market for a steep $69 million, making it one of the most expensive properties for sale in the Hamptons. In June of this year, $4 million was taken from the asking price, and then another $6 million was cut in July.

Now, just two months later, another $10 million has come off the price tag—bringing it down $20 million since June. The estate is now available for sale through Compass Real Estate agents Ed and James Petrie for $49 million.

Sitting on over six acres of oceanfront land, the 10,000-square-foot estate has seven bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms. Designed by Francis Fleetwood and built in 1995, the home has 2,400 square feet of covered porches, plank wood flooring, coffered ceilings, ocean views, and a fireplace with a carved mantle in the master suite.

There’s even an indoor spa room with a hot tub and current pool. Outside, the lands are landscaped and there’s an infinity pool.
