What/Where: A seven-bedroom manse built in 1900, located in Southampton village

Size: 4,425 square feet, 0.9 acres

This week’s PriceSpotter is a century-old estate that sits on just under an acre of land in Southampton village. The stucco-sided home has recently undergone a full modern renovation and now has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The property features high hedges for privacy, an outdoor kitchen, bluestone patios, pool house, heated pool, and Har-Tru tennis court.

Inside, there’s a glass staircase, wood floors, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a finished lower level with a wine room, exercise room, laundry, and half-bathroom.

Here’s a hint: The home last sold in 2014 for $6.5 million.
