Originally built in 1983, the modern style home at 560 Toppings Path just came on the market under Halstead Property agents John Scott Thomas and Robert Stearns.

Toppings Path is located in the area around Sagaponack, Sag Harbor, and Bridgehampton—sitting right in between Sagg Road and the Bridgehampton-Sag Hrbor Turnpike, north of the highway. The listing claims it’s in Sagaponack, but Google Maps puts it in Sag Harbor.

The home stands just 1,550 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on 1.3 acres of land. There’s also a loft that overlooks the double-height living room. Inside, features include a 25-foot high kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, insulated windows, wide plan oak floors throughout, and a wall of windows that looks out to the back deck and pool area.

The exterior of the home now has cedar siding and a cedar shake roof. It last sold a year ago in May of 2016 for $1.25 million, and is now asking $1,395,000.
