Sag Harbor is full of old, century-old homes with lots of history. After a renovation and restoration, the Greek Revival home on a corner lot at 17 Suffolk Street in Sag Harbor village just came on the market under Compass Real Estate agents Jonathan Milioti and Donald Gleasner for $5,495,000.

Standing 3,550 square feet, the home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Inside, there are seven fireplaces, a large kitchen with fireplace, double parlors, and period details blended with modern finishes. Outside, one will find a heated gunite pool, a gunite spa, and a screened-in porch.

There’s also wallpaper that’s been kept in the home, including multiple floral prints. We wonder if the new owner will choose to keep the wallpaper or nix it for something more modern.

Located in the village, the 0.4-acre property is just a 10-minute walk from the Bay Street Theatre, and about a 5-minute walk from Golden Pear and Il Capuccino.

The home last sold in 2013 for $3.65 million, after coming on the sales market less than a year prior for $3,995,000. Before that, it sold in 2008 for $3.5 million.
