The property at 287 Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack—which is being sold both alone and together with two other properties as a compound—just cut almost $5 million (or, more specifically, $4,745,000) off its asking price, going from $22,995,000 to the current $18.25 million.

The total compound—which includes 285, 287, and 289 Parsonage Lane and encompasses almost 16 acres of land combined—is asking $59.9 million.

Though the home hasn’t been completed yet, plans for a new construction came on the market just over a year ago in September of 2016. Those original plans were for a home with over 10,000 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, designed by GRADE Architecture and to be built by Jay Bialsky.

It looks like those plans have changed, as the home on the listing is now a 6,700-square-foot modern home designed by Wolfgang Ludes. There is set to be seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Interior features will include a double-height foyer, spiral staircase, full-height windows, 12-foot ceilings, and 1,000 square feet of space in the master suite. All of the bedrooms will have 15-foot cathedral ceilings.

Most notably, the home will have a 10,800-square-foot finished lower level, which will be host to two guest suites, a theatre with a wet bar, a wine room with 10-person testing table, and a full gym and spa.

Outside, there will be an outdoor kitchen, dining space, lap pool with Italian marble finishes, a sunken tennis court, an outdoor breakfast terrace, and an 8-car garage.

Sited on 1.8 acres, the property has western facing views and borders a reserve. The property alone as an empty lot is available for $9.95 million.
