Size: 5,200 square feet on one acre with 126 feet of direct ocean frontage.

This week’s PriceSpotter is an oceanfront spec house in Sagaponack. The home stands 5,200 square feet in size with six bedrooms and six bathrooms on a full acre of land. Though it hasn’t been completed yet, the estate will be finished in 2018.

Built in a modern design, materials used includes limestone, stucco, and stained teak for siding. The inside will have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies off the second floor.

Outside, there’s a swimming pool with a glass waterfall and oxygenated control system and 1,267 square feet of outdoor living space. Other features include elevated terraces, custom built-in seating, a gas fireplace, and an elevated boardwalk leading down to the beach.

Here’s a hint: The property last sold in 2015 for $12 million. At the time, there was a 900-square-foot teardown cottage on the property, built in 1994.
