This Sagaponack home is still looking for its first owner after two years on the market: Located at 90 Fairfield Pond Lane in Sagaponack, a 10,000-square-foot estate went up for sale in 2015 with a $14.9 million asking price. It’s now cut its price for the third time, bringing it down to $11.6 million.
In February of this year, the first change in price brought the home down to $13.9 million, and before another price cut in June took it to $12.9 million. Now, after more than two years on the market, the home has received its third price cut in the last eight months, putting it at its current $11.6 million asking price. In total, $3.3 million has been taken off the price tag since it came on the market two years ago.
Built in 2015, the home has seven bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms in almost 10,000 square feet of living space on 1.4 acres of land. Located in the south-of-the-highway neighborhood of Sagaponack, the property is just three quarters of a mile away from the ocean at the end of Fairfield Pond Lane.
Inside, there’s an elevator that services all three floors, including the finished lower level—which has a sauna, steam room, wine room, and two bedrooms. On the main level, there’s a double-height entry foyer, limestone fireplace in the living room, and a junior master suite.
The second level is host to the master suite, which also has a limestone fireplace, as well as a outdoor rooftop deck and master bathroom with all-white dolomite marble. Three other bedrooms are located on the second floor, as well as a laundry room.
Outside, the future homeowner can definitely stay busy with a heated gunite pool and spa, tennis court, basketball court, and outdoor kitchen, complemented by bluestone patios and manicured, hedge-lined grounds for privacy.
The home is being offered by agents Zachary and Cody Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate.
