What/Where: A waterfront smart home with a private beach in Hampton Bays.
Size: 2,700 square feet, 0.41 acres.

This week on PriceSpotter, we’re looking at a 2,700-square-foot updated home in Hampton Bays, originally built in 1969. The home has been recently updated, both on the interior and the exterior, and has smart home technology as well has views of Shinnecock Bay, Dune Road, and the Ponquogue Bridge.

Arguably the best feature of the property is the private beach, located on Wells Creek. There, the future owner can keep their boat slip.

There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a fireplace in the living room, hardwood floors, sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck, a large kitchen, and water views from the master suite.
