A sunny waterfront home in Noyack comes back on the market, seeks $11.75M

Located right on Noyack Bay in the Noyack neighborhood of Sag Harbor sits a 3,800-square-foot home on over an acre of land, asking $11.75 million under Saunders Real Estate agent Christopher Covert.

The home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as an open living space, chef’s kitchen, and walls of glass that look out to the water. The walls of windows and high ceilings in the living space allow for lots of natural light to pour in, giving the space an open and airy feel.

Built in 1998, the home has been available to rent since 2011. It was recently listed for sale in February of this year for $12.95 million, but came off the market after three months. As of this week, it’s back up for sale, and asking about one million less than before.

Exterior features include a waterside pool, spa, expansive decking, and panoramic views of Noyack Bay. One can also see North Haven, Shelter Island, and the North Fork. Nearby sits a 20-acre nature preserve and the Elizabeth Morton National Wildlife Refuge, making the property private and peaceful.
