This week’s PriceSpotter was a postmodern manse in the North Haven section of Sag Harbor with water views. On our poll, the option with the highest votes (16 votes total, or 34 percent) was between $5 million and $7 million. With an asking price of $5.5 million, most of our readers guessed correctly.

Just behind that, 15 voters (32 percent) high balled it, guessing that it was between $7 million and $10 million. Five people thought it was asking over $10 million, while 11 people guessed it was under $5 million.

The property last sold in 2004 for $3.4 million. It has since been updated.

Listed with Sotheby’s International Realty agents Sally Thompson, John Christopher, and Susan Green, the 5,428-square-foot estate has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, and fireplace in the living room. There’s also a finished basement.

Located at 5 On the Bluffs, the home sits near Gleason Point on the northern end of North Haven. The home was built in 1989.

Outside, there’s a stone patio, waterside pool, and two-car garage.
