The Surf Lodge is celebrating Oskar Metsavaht’s "elements of style" by hosting Osklen’s relaunch of Pirarucu skin accessories with the A21 | Practice #1 exhibition. We hit up the display over Labor Day, and we were impressed with the unique fabrications. Conceptual wetsuits reminded us of something out of a James Bond flick, and the skateboard was as distinct as it was cool.
We chatted up the Osklen team and learned that the Pirarucu skin used in the products hails from the Amazon. The fish quite literally sheds its skin, so using its exterior helps cut down on biological pollution. Eco luxury definitely has a home in the Hamptons, especially when it looks this sexy.
