This new build, on prestigious Cobb Road, includes an acre of land. There’s a patio and built-in grill along with a gunite pool and spa and pool house with folding glass doors, dining and sitting areas, kitchen, bar, bath and outdoor shower. As for the house itself, the only quibble we have is the attached garage. The interiors are all unpretentious and spacious. In all, there’s 6400 square feet of room, not including the finished lower level.
The kitchen/great room is cavernous, but light and airy with many black-framed windows. We love the separate pantry/prep kitchen with tiled walls and open shelves. The dining room features a "temperature controlled wine wall." There are many fireplaces, all of which seem to feature massive TVs. Not enough TV? There’s a 120" screen in the home theater. The lower level also includes a "wellness center including gym, massage room and sauna," a rec room with bar, and a guest suite. In all, there are 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.
