We’re not big fans of contemporaries here at CH, but this one is very unoffensive. Besides, who wants to look at the house when you could be enjoying that view? The property is 0.55 of an acre, with a long driveway, so there may not be room for a pool if desired.
The house is 2500 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths. Nice features includes the high ceilings in the living room, which also sports a stone fireplace. The master also has a fireplace (might be shared with the living room). All the interiors need updating: paint the orangey wood trim, new baths and kitchen, and you’d have a really nice summer place for relaxing and beach days. What do you think? The asking price of $1.9995M seems like a reasonable starting point.
