Reed Krakoff is the current owner of the home

Until she was around the age of 12 years old, Jackie Kennedy, John F. Kennedy’s wife, lived in this East Hampton single-family home. Over the following summers, Kennedy would later visit the property, otherwise known as Lasata.

The single-family home was constructed by architect Arthur C. Jackson in 1917 only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean with a horse stable and multiple vegetable gardens.

According to the listing, the property was restored in 2007. Along with a one-bedroom guest house, the listing also offers a three-car detached garage and a two-bedroom pool house. Other stunning features include a screened-in porch, beamed ceilings, and over seven acres of land. There are a total of 10 bedrooms and 10-and-a-half bathrooms across the 8,500-square-foot property.

The home is currently owned by fashion designer Reed Krakoff. For the main house, swimming pool, and guest house, the asking price totals $38,995,000. For an adjacent parcel of land containing a tennis court, that will cost an additional $14,995,000.
