A Southampton mansion

Yesterday, Rob Kardashian indicated on Instagram that he’s moving out of California, apparently to Normandy House in Southampton. He claimed to have "just closed the deal." Unfortunately (for him; not for Hamptonites), it’s not true. Local superagent Tim Davis, who has an exclusive on the property, told Radar Online "No, he’s not. He’s lying… It’s not true."

Just closed the deal on my new house and can't wait to move out of CALI ‼️ AMERICA!!!!!

Well, the star of Rob & Chyna has good taste in fake purchases, anyway. Normandy House is a grand old Southampton mansion on Lake Agawam by Polhemus & Coffin, who designed many French-style mansions on Long Island, Newport, and in New York in the 1920s. In 2010, it was listed for sale asking $39M. It sat, and sat, and sat. It finally sold in September 2013 for $28M. Then, last December, after extensive renovations and redecoration, the property was back on the market.

If you want to buy the property with 5.57 acres of land, the price is $48M; if you want all 8.4 acres, the asking price is $65M. Besides the huge main house, there’s a two-bedroom, two-bath guest cottage, a two-car garage, a pool house, and a new sunken deco-turf tennis court.
