There’s no frills or froufrou in this new build: just simple clean lines inside and out. A shingled exterior accented with black trimmed windows opens up to bright, airy interiors. First up, outside. The one negative to this property is the skimpy plot size at 0.63 of an acre, but the most is made of the space. There’s a slim 16' x 44' gunite pool and a pool house with bath and outdoor shower, as well as hedges and plantings to maximize privacy and a small separate garage.
The house is 4500 square feet, with seven bedrooms and 7.5 baths. There’s a junior master on the ground floor, three guest suites upstairs, as well as the master, which includes a private terrace. There are also two bedrooms in the finished lower level, which also sports a laundry and rec room. The public spaces are all light and spacious, although we do think the kitchen is a little skimpy with cabinetry. The built in banquettes inside and out are a nice touch, though.
Asking price for all this is $5.995, which seems a bit high given the lack of land, but everything else is new, nice, and ready for its new owners, so it may well trade for close to that.
