We’re surprised that the correct answer was so easy—$8M for this place struck us as expensive. Yes, nice views, but it’s on the north side of OMH. Commenters wrote, "Need more photos." (There are a few more now—added here.)
And "‘Short walk to the nearby beach’ is ominously missing in the description." We guess you’d have to cut through Gurney’s to get to the nearby beach: we’re not entirely sure how that works. And "The sole interior picture shows a flat screen from c.2011 which tells me that some of the baths and perhaps kitchen will need sprucing. Still, that’s pretty special. That said, like pp above I’d like to know which beach as it definitely makes a difference."
