A charming Shelter Island Heights Victorian asking $1.695M

Spacious living areas

There’s something really special about Shelter Island Heights: the beguiling Victorian houses combined with proximity to the beach makes for a neighborhood unlike any other in the Hamptons. This 1885 house has been added on to in the rear to make for spacious gathering places, including a pretty marble kitchen and a waterview dining and living area with dining terrace outside.

The new part of the house also includes a spacious master suite with a balcony and a media room. There are 2-3 more bedrooms and 2.5 baths in all. The property is a half acre in size, but we doubt a pool could be installed because of the hill; however, the property is nicely terraced and a hot tub or endless pool could probably be added.
