For $1.95M, a pretty 1920s East Hampton village traditional

Room for pool

This pleasant home, on a leafy village street, is updated but retains its vintage charm, with pretty fir floors, interesting triangular windows, and plenty of covered porches. It’s not huge at 1700 square feet, with three bedrooms and three baths, but the open first floor, with two sitting areas and a full bath, makes it feel spacious. There are two renovated bathrooms, and the kitchen is newly redone as well.

There isn’t a pool on the petite 0.18-acre plot, but we suppose a small lap pool could be added in the back; the listing says a "variance for a detached garage [is] already in place." Asking price is $1.95M—what do you think of the place?
