swanky new digs

Big news on the front of Dan’s Grill Hampton and Dan’s Taste of Two Forks, because as we know in real estate, life is about location, location, location. And Dan’s Taste of Summer events have a good one. These culinary shindigs are staples on the East End, and most people have become accustomed to their previous location in Bridgehampton. Event organizers are shaking things up this summer by moving the parties to Fairview Farm, which overlooks Mecox Bay. That’s not too shabby, because we certainly love a scenic backdrop to highlight the deliciousness of our gastronomic events.

So, here’s the scoop on what you need to know about Dan’s Taste of Summer. Dan’s Grill Hampton, which is hosted by the Travel Channel’s Adam Richman, takes place on July 22, 2016 and once again pits New York chefs against Hamptons chefs. Not to worry, it’s all in good fun (we think!). As usual, grilled food will be featured with some awesome libations. Among the featured newcomers to the event, we’re curious to see how Topping Rose House by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Shake Shack, Speedy Romeo, and Grey Lady Montauk will fair. All we can say is, yum, this sounds tasty.

Dan’s Taste of Two Forks takes place on Saturday, July 23, 2016, is hosted by Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli. She’s a judge on the Food Network’s Chopped, so she has quite the diverse culinary palate. We’re expecting some pretty unique dishes from Navy Beach, Scarpetta Beach, 668 The Gig Shack, Topping Rose House, and East by Northeast (just to name a few).

As usual, tickets are selling out quickly, so here’s the skinny on the events.
