With a few updates, this funky modern south of the highway could be a real showplace. The interior stonework in the skylighted foyer is fabulous. There’s plenty of room, with five bedrooms and 6.5 baths, all set in 3800 square feet. The basement is completely finished with a gym, wine cellar, and two laundry rooms. (Why two, we don’t know.) There’s one acre of land with a gunite pool, outdoor kitchen, and pergola.
What do you think of the place? We don’t think the asking price of $3.195M is unreasonable, but the kitchen, baths (we assume), everything needs some money spent on it.
