Properties in North Sea, Sag Harbor, and Montauk

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what you can rent or buy for a set dollar amount in various Hamptons towns. Is one person's studio another person's palace? Let's find out! Today's price: about $1.5M.

↑ This c. 1919 waterfront "camp" in North Sea is 1500 square feet, with two bedrooms and two baths and a dramatic great room with fireplace. Outside, there's half an acre of land with 150' on Wooley Pond and a dock.

↑ Also waterfront is this East Hampton Northwest property on Three Mile Harbor. There's 0.6 of an acre, deeded for a 60' floating or fixed dock, and a 1500 square foot beach cottage with two bedrooms and one bath.

↑ In Noyack is this four bedroom contemporary on a generous 1.8 acres. There's a sparkling pool outside, along with decking, and room for tennis. The house could use some updates; it's 2200 square feet with three bathrooms.

↑ Closer to Sag Harbor is this pondfront vintage cedar shingled house. With 0.85 of an acre, there's plenty of room for a pool. The house is 1600 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and what looks like a finished basement with fireplace.

↑ This Montauk property sports a kidney-shaped pool. It seems to be set up as two apartments, with two kitchens, five bathrooms, and four bedrooms in 3300 square feet. With just over half an acre of land, there's also an inviting patio out back.
