Hamptons veggies and vegans will be pleased to hear that Todd Jacobs, formerly of Fresh in Bridgehampton, is taking over the kitchen at red|bar brasserie. But don't worry, patrons, your favorite traditional dishes from red|bar are staying on the menu. (And longtime Chef de Cuisine Mike Ronzino is still there.)
Jacobs will be infusing his own personal flavors into the restaurant with weekly specials; some of those dishes may find their way onto the menu permanently. Chef Jacobs is of course known for his use of local and natural ingredients, as well as vegan cuisine. Welcome back, Todd!
