On Brick Kiln Road in Bridgehampton

One of our favorite magazines, Coastal Living, has built its newest showhouse in Bridgehampton, the first in the Hamptons. It'll be open for tours next Saturday, June 11.

The house is 6,800 square feet, with seven bedrooms, three fireplaces and a movie theater, as well as a pool, pool house and gym.

Coastal Living editor Steele Marcoux said, "I’m thrilled to introduce this year’s home in one of America’s most coveted beach locations. Everything about the house is stunning, from its secluded, beautiful setting to its timeless, traditional architectural details. Our designer, Meg Braff, is a color genius, and you’ll see one of our favorite design trends, the revival of vintage wallpaper patterns, on full display." Touch of Grey was the builder and the architecture firm, Fred Throo Architects. The landscaper is Mahoney and Associates. The listing broker is Compass.

The house is open for tours Thursdays through Sundays from June 11 through September 4. Tickets are $35 each, with a portion of the proceeds going to Conscience Point Shellfish Hatchery. Really love the place? You can buy it for $4.595M.
