A throwback to vintage charm asks $3.55M at 52 Quogue Street

Does the area justify the price tag?

Space is at a premium on our fair shores, so we are constantly on the lookout for new developments. There are typically good deals to be had in Quogue, and we’re curious what everyone thinks about this four bedroom throwback to the eighteenth century at Quogue Mews. Although this 4,000 square foot house is new construction, the builders set this place apart (by the way, there are 4 houses in this subdivision) by having the façade mimic that of a home from the 1700’s. The curb appeal might be reveling in vintage charm, but the interior has all the bells and whistles most buyers want. Boasting everything from a coffered ceiling to an oversized fireplace, there is even a second pantry. The master bathroom has radiant heat floors, a steam shower, and a custom closet. Outside, a heated gunite pool and spa finish off this thoughtful house that cleverly utilizes space. So, what do you think, is $3.55 million a fair ask for the area?
