She really means it this time! Christie Brinkley, whose gorgeous Bridgehampton spread, Tower Hill, has been on and off the market for more years than this blog has existed, is putting it back, this time with Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito. (Photos are from the last time the place was on the market.) Daughter Sailor just graduated from the Ross School, so Christie is going to be an empty nester. Christie owns numerous other properties in the Hamptons, so she’ll just move into something smaller.
Originally built in 1898 by Dr. John Gardiner and named Dulce Domum, the house is set in twenty acres off Brick Kiln Road. The main house is 8500 square feet with eleven bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. There’s also a guest house with conservatory that overlooks beautiful gardens, a gunite pool, a barn / artist studio with gym, and a four car heated garage.
Think she’ll get her price?
