This shingled new build is a generous 4500 square feet, with six bedrooms and 6.5 baths. There's a first floor junior master and a "sumptuous" master suite, as well as a spacious white marble kitchen and a separate den. Not enough space? The basement is finished with ten foot ceilings for your future home theater, yoga studio, gym, or what-have-you. Outside, there's 1.7 acres of land with a gunite pool and a covered porch with fireplace for cozy evenings.
So why so cheap? The catch, of course, is that the place is very convenient to the East Hampton airport. We tend to think this property is priced fairly reasonably, though: the various Houses at Sagaponac that are for sale nearby are all at least $500K more expensive. Of course, some of them are architectural masterpieces, but many people prefer an ordinary house like this one.
